Shipping Policy

Online orders are processed the same day or by the next business day. 

Product ships within one to three business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments. Shipping policies subject to change at any time.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 15 days of delivery for a full refund less freight charges. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Simply call 1 866 845 0132 for a return authorization number.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Items that are Not Returnable

Philip Martin’s does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery.
  • Items purchased from sellers other than
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.


If you received a faulty or incorrect item and need to exchange it please contact us immediately at 1 866 845 0132. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item within 15 days as per the instructions above under “General Return Policy” and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Damaged items

When your order arrives, please inspect the shipment for any damage that may have occurred in transit. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us at 1 866 845 0132.  Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. In order to assist us in processing your request, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
